CPR – HCP covers skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking in Adults, Children and Infants. This course is specifically for those employed in the Health Care or Emergency Services field. The course includes additional skills used in the Health Care environment that is not applicable for the general public. Training on how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) as well as AED certification is also provided with the course. Includes the latest 2011 International CPR Guidelines

Duration: 6 hours
Completion: 100% attendance, skills demonstration, and 75% min. passing grade at written exam
Certification: 3-year certification in CPR Level HCP, and AED
Eligibility: This course is designed for Healthcare Providers (Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics and Allied Healthcare Providers – RT, OT, PT)
